Manufacturing Process Typical custom whole-home heating panels take up to two weeks to complete. For best results, we begin by taking off from blueprints the specifications of the area(s) to be heated. From the take-off we determine a heat loss and size the correct system. An exact piping diagram is drawn up on our CAD program for our specialists to quickly assemble the panel. Our standard models to the left are built within days. Some models, such as the Patriot are ready to ship. The Prowler and the Blackhawk are semi-custom, depending upon zoning. |
